Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect on getonmusicblogs.com, why we collect it, and how you can control analytics tracking.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the public site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people move through the order flow. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure how our advertising performs and to reach relevant audiences. These scripts load only after you accept cookies in our banner. If you reject cookies, none of them are loaded.

Through these tools, Google and Meta may process page URLs, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address. See Google's and Meta's privacy documentation for how they handle that data. You can opt out at any time by rejecting cookies or clearing the tribe_cc cookie and choosing Reject when the banner returns. The specific cookies these tools set are listed in our cookie policy.

Payments

When you purchase a campaign, payment is processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout pages. We receive your name, email, and payment confirmation from Stripe so we can fulfil your order. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe handles card data under its own privacy and security policies.

Purchase measurement

When an order completes, we send a purchase event to Meta through its Conversions API so we can measure how our advertising performs. This includes the order value, an irreversibly hashed (anonymised) version of your email address, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent. We do not send Meta your name or your raw email address. This measurement runs server-side and is used only to attribute conversions to our advertising.

Marketing emails

If you request our free guide or subscribe to updates, we store your email address, optional first name, signup source, and campaign parameters, along with the time of consent and your IP address, to deliver the guide and send you occasional emails about getting press coverage. We use Hostinger Reach (Hostinger International Ltd.) as our email marketing processor. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@getonmusicblogs.com. When you sign up, we send a Lead event to Meta through its Conversions API so we can measure how our advertising performs, which includes an irreversibly hashed (anonymised) version of your email address, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and Meta cookie identifiers.

Homepage chat

If you use the chat on our homepage, we store your answers, any optional free-text story or descriptions you type in, follow-up questions you ask, your IP address, the recommendation shown to you, and the outcome (for example, whether you submitted your story or left the chat unfinished). Your answers and free text are sent to OpenRouter, Inc., a third-party AI model routing service, to generate your personalized recommendation and answer your follow-up questions. We store this session data to understand how the chat performs and to improve our recommendations. If you submit your story to receive your plan, the email address you provide is handled the same way as our other marketing signups, described above under "Marketing emails."

Contact email

If you email us at hello@getonmusicblogs.com or provide an email during checkout or order intake, we use it to respond, send order updates, and deliver campaign-related messages. We do not sell your email address and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
