Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a campaign from Get On Music Blogs ("we", "us", "our") on getonmusicblogs.com (the "site"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

What we provide

We write and publish an editorial feature about you and your music on a music blog in our network. Each feature is an original article of roughly 400–600 words covering the artist, the music, and where listeners can find more, with cover art, an embedded streaming player where available, and links to your music and socials. We own the blogs in our network, so once your story is approved we control its placement.

Orders and what you give us

When you order, you provide the details we need to write your feature — for example your artist name, track or release, links, and any background you want included. You confirm that you have the right to share this material and the cover art with us and to have it published, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit submissions for length, clarity, and editorial style, and we may decline content that is unlawful, misleading, or that we reasonably consider unsuitable for our blogs.

Payment

Prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase and are charged per blog feature. Payment is taken up front through Stripe on their hosted checkout. We do not store your full card details — Stripe processes payment under its own terms. Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed successfully.

Delivery

We aim to publish your feature within 72 hours of receiving everything we need from you. That window starts once you have submitted complete order details and any assets we ask for; delays in supplying material may extend it. When your feature is live we send you the link by email.

Our guarantee and refunds

Our promise is simple: either we feature your story, or we give you your money back. If we do not publish your feature within 72 hours of receiving everything we need from you, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid for that feature.

Because each feature is custom editorial work, once a feature has been published the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. To request a refund, email hello@getonmusicblogs.com and we'll sort it out.

Results

What we guarantee is a genuine editorial feature published on a real music blog in our network. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from that coverage — such as streams, followers, chart positions, press pickup, or revenue — because those depend on factors outside our control. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the material you supply, and you grant us the licence we need to use, edit, and publish it as part of your feature and to promote that feature. The published article, including the writing and the layout, remains part of our blog and we may keep it live, update it, or remove it at our discretion. You may quote and share your feature and link to it freely.

Liability

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on third parties or on the response of the public to your coverage. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
